What is considered a Custom order?
An order for a design that requires us to create a NEW custom template; a design that has not been ordered in the past, and/or does not appear on any website pages. 

Is a Soccer MOM shirt or a Cross from the Christian Chick line
considered a custom order?
No. We have these designs in-stock and ready to press.

Can I order a design from the custom page, or can I order
We love Grandma, instead of We love Nana?
Yes.  Templates for the designs shown on our website have already been created.
We can easily substitute one word for another.  The stones themselves need to be set, and therefore this is considered a semi-custom order.  We require 5-7 days to complete semi-custom orders.

Do you have merchandise available for immediate purchase?
Yes, we have a wide-variety of in-stock rhinestone apparel & accessories,
including wine shirts, crosses, sports mom shirts, Tattoo shirts, sweatsuits, dresses, hats and handbags.  Please contact us to arrange a date and time to meet.

How long does it take for an in-stock design to be ready?
If we have the style shirt in the color and size selected, in-stock, it will take
approximately 1-3 days for your order to be complete.  In some cases we
can have it ready for pick-up on the same day, it just depends on our
current schedule.

How much notice is required to complete a custom order?
We require a minimum of 7-10 business days to complete a custom order.  Custom orders are processed upon receipt of payment and are scheduled for completion 7-10 business days from the date of payment.

How do I place an order?
To place an order, please fill out the contact form at the end of any website page.  Please be sure to include a description of the design, style, color and size of shirt and also the date needed by.

For a custom order, please email your logo in as a jpg file.  If you do not have a logo, please give as much information as possible, i.e., font choice, dimensions for your design, color of rhinestones, etc.  

Will I be able to see a sample of the design before it is pressed?
Yes.  We are happy to provide up to 3 text samples of your design, after the deposit or payment for your order has been received.  We do not work on designs and/or send samples prior to receiving payment.
