Design Services

If you currently have a logo, or design that you would like for us
to create in rhinestones, please email it to sales@bitzofglitz.org
in a jpg or pdf file format.  

Bitz of Glitz is happy to create a custom design for you. 
We require a $50 deposit to get started. 
Upon receipt of payment, we will create 3-5 text samples
for you to view.  

Once you approve the design,
you have approximately 24-48 hours to make any changes. 
We will then create the template for the design of your choice. 
If the client submits changes, after the template has been created,
there will be an additional fee of $15.00 to create a new template if needed.

If the order total is less than $50.00, we will refund the difference. 
Otherwise, the  $50.00 deposit will be applied toward the first order. 

Should client decide not to place an order, after the text designs are created,
Bitz of Glitz will refund $25.00 of the $50.00 deposit
 and the text designs are theirs to keep. 

We do not create a template for a design, until an official order
 is placed and payment has been received.  We require that all orders
 are paid up front, before we get started creating the template. 

We do not issue any refunds if the template has already been created.
A credit in the amount of the deposit, less the $25.00 fee charged to create
the custom design and template, will be issued and can  be used towards the purchase of in-stock merchandise only. 

The credit may not be used as a deposit to create a design/template
for a new design.
